DREAM JOB or CHARTING A PATH: Pick a position that you want to see yourself in one day (it could be next year or in ten years). This might be a role at your current organization, a job that one of our guests described, or something else completely. Describe the position--what are the main responsibilities? What is exciting to you about this job? What seems challenging? What education/ experience/ networking will you do to achieve this goal?
First of all I'm already establishing a school in Liberia, west Africa. As a founder, i do have a mission in place for the school and priority in order. My mission is to provide education to the less privilege kids with low cost. We will provide many equipment that will help those who are late in learning to catch up with their fellow classmates. There will be many activities to keep students busy during and after school program. examples
: computers lab, vocational classes, sport activities etc. My number one priority, is having good teachers and healthy environment for the students. secondly, settling up a yearly budget to maintain the school for each year. I want to see the school grow and see the students improving speaking and reading, having a quarterly evaluation to know my weaknesses and strengths. In ten years, i would like to establish another branch and reach the school to a university level.
