Part of your reading this week includes four examples of “direct mail” fundraising requests that I received from nonprofit organizations in the last months of 2017. Write a reflection/ critique of these letters that speaks to the following questions: What do these letters have in common? What are the big differences? What tools do the organizations use to persuade the reader to donate? If you had $50.00 to donate to one of these organizations, which one would you choose and WHY?
